City Connect’s refund policy states that all ticket sales are final, and refunds are typically issued in the form of a travel voucher for future travel with City Connect.

 

Upcoming Trip:

To be eligible for a refund, customers must submit a Refund Request Form 24  hours before the departure time. Please double-check all trip details before booking to help reduce errors, delays, and refund issues.

 

Past Trip:

To be eligible for a refund, customers must submit a Refund Request Form within 7 days after the departure date. Please double-check all trip details before booking to help reduce errors, delays, and refund issues.
