Booking & Reservations
Is there a minimum number of passengers required to book?
Yes. For long distance trips, pricing is based on a minimum of four passengers. Groups with fewer than four passengers will be charged the equivalent four-passenger fare.
Can I book online or over the phone?
Yes. You can book online or by phone.
Online Booking: Visit the City Connect website, select your trip, choose your travel date and time, and securely pay using a debit or credit card. A confirmation email will be sent once your booking is complete.
Phone Booking: Prefer to speak with someone? Call our toll-free reservation line at (888) 676-1403, and a representative will assist you with your booking and payment.
Can I reserve seats without immediate payment?
Reservations must be paid for at the time of booking to secure your seat. For best practice, It's recommended to book early to guarantee your date and time.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during holidays, cruise departures, school breaks, and peak travel seasons. However, last-minute bookings may be available based on driver availability.
Do you offer one-way and round-trip transportation?
Yes. You can book one-way or round-trip service depending on your travel needs. However, each trip must be booked separately since you’ll need to enter the specific pickup and drop-off addresses for each direction.

What amenities are available on City Connect shuttles?
We want you to feel at home while traveling between cities. Every City Connect vehicle is clean, spacious, and well-maintained, equipped with:
USB outlets to keep devices charged
Reclining seats with adjustable armrests and ample legroom
Air conditioning for your comfort
Safety belts with shoulder and lap harness straps for added protection
Our goal is to make every journey — comfortable, connected, and relaxing.
How many passengers can travel per trip?
Our modern shuttles can accommodate up to 10 passengers with luggage or up to 14 passengers with little to no luggage. Vehicles feature spacious seating, generous legroom, and under-seat storage for a comfortable ride.
How much luggage can we bring?
Luggage capacity depends on the vehicle selected and the number of passengers traveling. Contact us if your group has oversized items or extra luggage so we can recommend the appropriate vehicle.
Are child seats available?
Child seat availability may vary by route and driver. Please request any child seat requirements when booking so arrangements can be made in advance.
*Reminder: Any adult, child, or car seat occupying a seat is subject to the standard fare.

What is the difference between local trips and long-distance trips?
Local trips cover travel within South Florida only.
Long-distance trips cover travel between South Florida and major cities across Florida

General Information
Car Seats & Strollers
Stroller’s can come on board at no extra charge. However, non-collapsible strollers are not accepted. Car seats welcomed as well. As a reminder car seats will be charged the regular fare since it will take up a seat.

Pets
Pets are not allowed on board with the exception of service animals. Please give us a call before booking so we can accommodate your needs. Unfortunately, no other animals are permitted. Thank you for your understanding!
On Board General Rules
No weapons, alcohol, and/ or drugs anywhere on board, including in your luggage.
No disturbing behavior. No screaming or loud music.
There’s no smoking allowed. Vape, Marijuana, cigarettes, etc. NOT ALLOWED.
Weather & Traffic Alerts
Traffic accidents, road closures, construction, or severe weather may occasionally cause delays or cancellations. If your trip is affected, City Connect will provide updates and travel options via text, email, or phone. Please ensure your contact information is accurate when booking.
Lost & Found
If you’ve misplaced an item during your trip, please fill out the form below:
We’ll make every effort to locate and return your belongings. However, please note that City Connect is not liable for lost or damaged items or baggage, so we recommend keeping valuables with you at all times.
Passengers with Disabilities
Our drivers can assist with boarding, exiting, seating, and luggage upon request. While our vehicles do not have dedicated wheelchair storage, some collapsible wheelchairs may be accommodated depending on available space. Please contact us in advance if you require assistance or plan to travel with a wheelchair.
Delays
City Connect is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by factors such as traffic, road conditions, or weather, which are beyond our control.
If we fail to provide timely and reliable service due to issues within our control, we may offer refunds.
Refunds/ Cancellations
For any cancellations or changes, we may offer refunds. City Connect offers refunds in the form of a voucher that can be applied to your next trip with us. This allows you the flexibility to plan your future trip while ensuring you don’t lose out on your investment.

Departure Times
Please ensure you are ready at least one hour prior to your departure time. For instance, if your departure is scheduled for 8:00 AM, you should be prepared by 7:00 AM. We will notify you via call or text, 30 minutes before arrival.
