Booking with City Connect is quick and convenient.
You can reserve your seat online from your phone, tablet, or computer, or by phone with one of our friendly representatives.
Simply choose your route (for example, Miami to Orlando), select your preferred date and time, and confirm your booking using a debit or credit card.
Choose Your Pick up Location
City Connect provides pick up and drop-off service at any valid physical address within city limits.
That means no bus stations, no extra travel, and no waiting around — we come directly to you.
To ensure a smooth, safe, and accessible experience for both you and our drivers, your selected location must meet our pick up and drop-off guidelines.

Meet Your Driver
On the day of your trip, your professional City Connect driver will arrive at your chosen pickup point within your scheduled time frame.
You’ll receive a text or call before arrival to confirm your pickup and help ensure a smooth connection.
Your driver will assist with luggage and make sure you’re comfortably settled before departure.

Sit back, unwind, and enjoy the journey! All City Connect vehicles are clean, comfortable, and equipped with free Wi-Fi, USB outlets, reclining seats, and air conditioning.

Arrive at Your Destination
We’ll drop you off exactly where you need to be — whether it’s your home, hotel, office, or any other approved address within city limits.
Your driver will assist you with any luggage and make sure you’re safely at your destination before departing.
Acceptable Pickup & Drop-Off Locations
We’re happy to serve you at any of the following types of valid physical addresses:
Residential homes or apartment complexes with a clearly marked street address.
Hotels, office buildings, schools, or businesses that have visible signage and accessible entrances.
Designated public locations, such as gas stations, gyms, restaurants, shopping malls, or community centers, provided they have an official address and easy vehicle access.
These types of locations ensure your driver can safely stop, assist with luggage, and get you comfortably on your way.
Unacceptable Pickup & Drop-Off Locations
For safety and logistical reasons, we cannot provide service to the following types of locations:
Roadside areas or highway shoulders, including freeway exits and rest stops.
Intersections or crosswalks that don’t have a nearby accessible address or parking area.
Construction zones, unmarked, or off-grid areas, where access may be restricted or unsafe.
Private or restricted-access properties or any location that cannot be reached by a standard passenger vehicle.
