How Booking A Trip Works

1. Select your options, then click Search.

2. Select View Seat.

3. Select the plus sign either on Adult, Child or both.

4. Click "Book Now" button.

Once your on the Checkout page, complete all personal information. Click place order, and your all set!

How A Trip Works

1. Simple Online Booking

Just select where and when you're traveling. Be sure in the checkout section to put your "full pick up & drop off" address.

2. Pick Up

You will be alerted via text or call when your bus is in route. Once you’re bus has arrived, board promptly and get comfortable. Here's a reminder. Be ready for pick-up at least 2 hours before your scheduled departure time.

3. Drop Off

Upon arrival, double-check to ensure you’ve collected all your belongings. That’s it—you’re all set! Thank you for riding with City Connect. We look forward to traveling with you again soon!

How Pick Up & Drop Off Works

 We offer pick-up and drop-off services at any valid physical address within the City Limits. To ensure a smooth and safe experience, please review the following important guidelines:

 

Acceptable Locations:

  • Residential homes or apartment complexes with a clearly marked address

  • Hotels, office buildings, schools, and businesses with physical signage

  • Designated public locations (e.g., gas stations, gyms, restaurants, malls, shopping centers, etc.) 

Unacceptable Locations:

We cannot accommodate pick-up or drop-off at the following types of locations:

  • Roadside areas, shoulders of highways, or freeway exits

  • Intersections or crosswalks with no nearby accessible address

  • Construction sites, or other unmarked/off-grid areas

  • Any location not accessible by a standard vehicle (due to terrain, restrictions, or private property)
