Younger Passengers (15 & Under)

Passengers 15 and under must be accompanied by another passenger 16 years or older

Passengers 16 and up are considered as an adult when traveling.

Children 2 & Under

A child 2 & under may travel in the lap of an adult, at no additional charge.

However any adult, child, or car seat occupying a seat will have to pay standard fare.

Luggage

Each purchased ticket includes:

1 carry on (16 x 12 x 7 in) 25lbs.

1 stored bag (24 x 16 x 10in) 40lbs.

 You are allowed 1 carry on, to Store on your lap. You are allowed 1 stored bag, that will be stored in the rear of the bus or under your seat.

Car Seats & Strollers

Stroller’s can come on board our City Connect bus at no extra charge. However, non-collapsible strollers are not accepted. Car seats welcomed as well. As a reminder car seats will be charged the regular fare since it will take up a seat.

Pets

Pets are not allowed on our buses with the exception of service animals. Please give us a call before booking so we can accommodate your needs. Unfortunately, no other animals are permitted on the bus. Thank you for your understanding!

On Board General Rules

  • No weapons, alcohol, and/ or drugs anywhere on the bus,  including in your luggage.

  • No disturbing  behavior on the bus. No screaming, loud music, or in general, disturbing other passengers. 

  • There’s no smoking allowed on the bus. Vape, Marijuana, cigarettes, etc. NOT ALLOWED.

Delays

City Connect is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by factors such as traffic, road conditions, or weather, which are beyond our control.

If we fail to provide timely and reliable service due to issues within our control, we may offer refunds.

Refunds/ Cancellations

For any cancellations or changes, we may offer refunds. City Connect offers refunds in the form of a voucher that can be applied to your next trip with us. This allows you the flexibility to plan your future trip while ensuring you don’t lose out on your investment.

Departure Times

Please ensure you are ready at least two hours prior to your departure time. For instance, if your departure is scheduled for 8:00 AM, you should be prepared by 6:00 AM. This allows us to accommodate other passengers who will be picked up before and after you. We will notify you via call or text when it’s time to come outside for your pickup.

Payment & Ticket Options

You can easily purchase your ticket online or by phone, using any debit or credit card. We currently accept all major cards for a fast, secure checkout process. No cash payments are accepted onboard.

Booking your ticket online is simple and secure. Just visit our City Connect website, select your route (e.g., Miami to Orlando), choose your date and departure time, and complete payment using your debit or credit card. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive your ticket via email or text message. You can either show your ticket on your phone to the driver or print it out before your trip.

Yes! You can buy tickets by phone using your debit or credit card. Simply call our toll-free booking line at 888-676-1403, and one of our representatives will help you reserve your seat. After payment, your ticket will be sent to you via email and/or text message — just show it to the driver when boarding.

Tickets must be paid for at the time of booking to secure your seat. Since City Connect operates on daily scheduled departures, we recommend booking early to guarantee your spot.

Passengers with Disabilities

Yes, we are committed to ensuring that every passenger — regardless of ability — has a comfortable, accessible, and safe travel experience. Our drivers are trained to assist passengers with boarding, exiting, and handling luggage upon request.

If you need any assistance, please let your driver know before boarding. While some needs may be visible, others might not be. Our team is happy to help you with boarding, seating, or storing your belongings.

Unfortunately, our vehicles do not currently have dedicated storage space for wheelchairs. While we’re happy to assist with boarding and exiting, wheelchairs cannot typically be accommodated inside the shuttle. However, if your wheelchair is collapsible and compact, we may be able to store it on board depending on available space. Please call in advance to confirm, as we’re continually working to improve accessibility options for all passengers.

Our modern shuttle buses accommodate up to 15 passengers, including the driver. The interiors are designed with spacious seating, legroom, and under-seat storage, ensuring a pleasant ride for everyone on board.

Yes! All City Connect vehicles feature climate-controlled air conditioning systems to keep the temperature comfortable throughout your journey. Each seat also has adjustable air outlets, so you can customize your airflow and enjoy your trip in comfort.

Absolutely. Each shuttle is equipped with standard USB charging outlets, so you can charge your devices throughout your ride.

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available on all City Connect shuttles. Whether you need to check emails, browse the web, or stay in touch with loved ones, you’ll remain connected from departure to arrival.

Lost & Found

If you’ve misplaced an item during your trip, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We’ll make every effort to locate and return your belongings. However, please note that City Connect is not liable for lost or damaged items or baggage, so we recommend keeping valuables with you at all times.

Weather & Traffic Alerts

Severe weather — such as thunderstorms or flooding — can sometimes affect travel schedules. In rare cases, this may cause delays or cancellations. If your specific route is impacted, City Connect will notify you promptly via call, text, or email with the latest updates and alternative travel options.

Traffic conditions like accidents, road closures, or construction can sometimes lead to unexpected delays. City Connect monitors road conditions closely and will keep you informed in real time if your route is affected. All updates will be communicated directly via text, email, or phone call, so please ensure your contact details are accurate when booking.

Traveling as a Group

Yes! City Connect proudly serves groups of all sizes, including sports teams, church groups, business travelers, and families. Our group travel service ensures everyone arrives together, comfortably and safely.
