How do I book a trip?

How long is the trip between MIA and Orlando?

How many bags can my group bring on the trip?
The luggage allowance depends on the number of passengers traveling:
1–10 passengers: Your trip allows up to 10 large pieces of luggage total, shared among all passengers. This means if there are 5 passengers, you could each bring 2 large bags, or one passenger could bring more while another brings fewer, as long as the total does not exceed 10. “Large luggage” generally includes standard checked suitcases or similar-sized bags. This policy ensures that everyone’s belongings fit comfortably in the vehicle without compromising passenger space or safety.
11–14 passengers: Each passenger may bring only handbags or backpacks. Larger suitcases or bulky items are not allowed due to limited space in the vehicle. This ensures all passengers have enough room and that aisles and emergency exits remain clear.
This approach balances comfort, safety, and storage capacity, adapting to the size of the group traveling.
Will I receive a confirmation after booking?
Once you complete your booking, a “Thank You” message will appear on the website, confirming that your payment was successful. Shortly after, you will receive an email with an invoice containing all the details of your trip, including pickup time, location, and any other relevant information.
I don’t have a group. Can I still travel?
Yes. Even if you are traveling alone or with fewer than four passengers, you may still book the shuttle. However, this route operates with a four-passenger minimum, so the fare charged will be equivalent to four passengers.
How do I book a trip for less than four passengers?
Booking Instructions:
If you are traveling with 1, 2, or 3 passengers and wish to proceed, you must select “4 ” under the “How many traveling?” option. Then select your date and time, enter your pickup and drop-off addresses, and continue to payment.
Selecting fewer than four passengers will place the reservation in “Pending” status rather than “Approved.” Pending reservations for this route are automatically canceled by the system because the four-passenger minimum is not met.
On the day of travel, will I be notified before our driver arrives?
Yes! You will receive an automated message with GPS tracking for your driver, allowing you to monitor their arrival in real time.
