
City Connect strives to help passengers recover items left behind in its shuttles. Drivers check for lost items after each shift, and any found items are logged and stored in our Lost and Found section.
Items are kept for 30 days before being donated, recycled, or discarded, depending on their condition. Perishable or hazardous items may be discarded right away.
To claim an item, passengers must submit a request form below. Then they can contact customer service with details about the item and their trip. Passengers of lost items may need to show proof of ownership or ID. If found, items can be picked up or shipped at the passenger’s expense.
