Younger Passengers
(15 & Under)
Passengers 15 and under must be accompanied by another passenger 16 years or older.
Passengers 16 and up are considered as an adult when traveling.
Children 2 & Under
A child 2 & under may travel in the lap of an adult, at no additional charge.
However any adult, child, or car seat occupying a seat will have to pay standard fare.
Luggage
Each purchased ticket includes 1 carry on and 1 stored bag.
You are allowed 1 carry on, to Store on your lap.
You are allowed 1 stored bag, that will be stored in the rear of the bus or under your seat.
Car Seats & Strollers
Stroller’s can come on board our City Connect bus at no extra charge.
Car seats are welcomed As well.
However, car seats will be charged the regular fare since it will take up a seat.
Enjoy traveling with peace of mind knowing your little ones essentials are accommodated!
Pets
Pets are not allowed on our buses with the exception of service animals.
Please give us a call before booking so we can accommodate your needs.
Unfortunately, no other animals are permitted on the bus.

On Board General Rules
No weapons, alcohol, and/ or drugs anywhere on the bus, including in your luggage.
No disturbing behavior on the bus. No screaming, loud music, or in general, disturbing other passengers.
There’s no smoking allowed on the bus. Vape, Marijuana, cigarettes, etc. NOT ALLOWED.
Delays
City Connect is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by factors such as traffic,
road conditions, or weather, which are beyond our control.
If we fail to provide timely and reliable service due to issues within our control, we may offer refunds.
Refunds/ Cancellations
For any cancellations or changes, we may offer refunds. City Connect offers refunds in the form of a voucher that can be applied to your next trip with us. This allows you the flexibility to plan your future trip while ensuring you don’t lose out on your investment.

Departure Times
Please ensure you are ready at least two hours prior to your departure time. For instance, if your departure is scheduled for 8:00 AM, you should be prepared by 6:00 AM. This allows us to accommodate other passengers who will be picked up before and after you. We will notify you via call or text when it’s time to come outside for your pickup.

We’ve made it simple for you to use your City Connect Voucher on our website. We will send you your one time voucher via email or text. Just enter the code number and value on the checkout page, where it say’s ‘”Coupon.” Once you press the “Place Order” button, the voucher will be applied automatically to your ticket cost.
Customers with Disabilities
If you have a disability, we are committed to ensuring you have a comfortable trip with City Connect.
While some needs may be apparent to your driver, others might not be as visible.
With that being said, it’s important to ask for assistance if needed.
We’re here to support you every step of the way!
City Connect is dedicated to serving individuals with disabilities. Unfortunately, we do not have storage space for a wheelchair.
While we can assist you with boarding and disembarking from the bus, we are unable to accommodate a wheelchair.

Our Bus accommodates 12 to 15 individuals, including the driver. It offers a spacious interior for a pleasant travel experience.
We take pride in maintaining our vehicles to high cleanliness and in being operational. For each seat there is comfortable leg space, arm rest and under seat storage. Your bus would look similar or identical to the pictures below.





Our air conditioning system ensures the bus remains at a comfortable temperature throughout your journey. Additionally, each seat is equipped with adjustable air outlets, allowing you to customize your comfort level.
The buses have both shoulder and lap harness straps, unlike other belt straps that only go around your waist.
There are standard USB outlets available throughout the bus, allowing you to keep your devices charged all the way to your destination.
Our comfortable seats are adjustable, allowing you to find the perfect position to relax. Once you’re settled in, get ready to unwind and enjoy the ride.
Wi-Fi is complimentary on all our buses because staying connected on the road is essential. Feel free to check your emails, catch up on the news, or stay connected with loved ones during your trip.
Lost & Found
If you’ve lost something, we’ll do what we can to reunite you with your lost items. However, City Connect expressly disclaims liability for any lost or damaged item/ baggage.

These factors may lead to delays or even cancellations. If any changes occur, we will promptly alert you with updates.
Passengers will be notified only if traffic and road conditions impact your specific route.
Update alerts will be communicated via call, text, or email, so please ensure a line of communication is open.
