To Receive a Voucher:

Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled departure time, then fill out a Refund Request.

You’ll receive a travel voucher equal to the full value of your booking.

Last-Minute Cancellations (Less than 24 hours):

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your departure will not qualify for a voucher.
