Travel day with City Connect is easy and stress-free. Here’s a quick step-by-step of how the experience works:

  Before Your Trip

• Be ready for pick-up: Please be outside or nearby your pick-up point at least two hours before your scheduled departure.

• Keep your phone handy: We’ll send a notification when your bus is approaching.

  When the Bus Arrives

• Board promptly: Our drivers are on a schedule to ensure timely arrival, so please board as soon as your shuttle arrives.

• Get comfortable: Choose your seat, stow your belongings securely, and settle in for a relaxing ride.

  During the Ride

• Use the Wi-Fi to catch up on social media, read the news, or get some work done.

• Enjoy the air-conditioned cabin as you cruise along I-95 and the Florida Turnpike.

• Take a nap, read a book, or watch downloaded shows—it’s your time to enjoy.

  Upon Arrival
